01 Acceptance of Terms

02 Eligibility

To use Baaji Login you must meet all of the following requirements:

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false details is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances forfeited.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.
• Any activity carried out on your account is your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised it.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Baaji Login are conducted in PKR. We support the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other approved mobile wallets. No currency conversion is applied to your account balance.

Deposits:

• Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically confirmed within a few minutes. Bank transfer timelines may vary depending on your bank.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and are displayed on the cashier page at the time of deposit.
• Only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Baaji Login does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification.

05 Betting Rules

Sports betting and gaming on Baaji Login is subject to the following rules. These apply to all markets including Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, Esports, and all other available sporting events.

• All bets are accepted at Baaji Login's discretion. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without explanation.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless Baaji Login exercises its right to void the bet under these terms.
• In the event of obvious pricing errors — for example, odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault — Baaji Login reserves the right to void any bets placed at those incorrect odds.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. Network delays may affect when your bet is confirmed. The time recorded on our system is the official time of bet placement.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and may vary by event, market type, and individual account history.
• PSL and cricket markets may have additional specific rules relating to match abandonment, rain interruptions, and Duckworth-Lewis adjustments. These are published on the relevant market pages.
• Winnings from bets are credited to your account balance as soon as the relevant event is settled, typically within 30 minutes of the final result being confirmed.

Baaji Login uses official scores and results from recognised sporting authorities as the basis for settling all markets. In the event of a dispute about a result, Baaji Login's decision following review of official sources is final.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Baaji Login offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback promotions, and seasonal deals during events like the PSL. All bonuses are subject to the terms stated on the specific promotion page and the general conditions below.

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players and are available to one account per person, per household, and per shared device or IP address.
• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be bet before a withdrawal can be made. This figure is stated clearly on every promotion.
• Not all games and betting markets contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates are shown in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real money is used first in all bets unless a specific bonus has been activated.
• Bonuses that have not been used or wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• Baaji Login reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed and started using a bonus will be given reasonable notice of any material change.
• Attempting to abuse a bonus — for example, through matched betting, arbitrage, or coordinating with other players — constitutes a breach of these terms. Any winnings generated through abuse will be voided.

07 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

• Baaji Login is not liable for any losses caused by platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

• Baaji Login's total liability to you in relation to any single incident is limited to the net deposits made by you in the 30 days preceding that incident.

12 Account Termination

Either you or Baaji Login may close your account at any time.

Closing Your Account: If you wish to close your account, contact our support team. Any real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after any applicable verification checks, subject to no outstanding bonus wagering obligations that would prevent withdrawal.

Baaji Login Closing Your Account: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any account at our discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Inactivity — accounts that have had no login or transaction for an extended period may be subject to dormancy procedures as outlined in our operational policies.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, Baaji Login reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If no breach is substantiated, the balance will be returned.

13 Disputes & Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your Baaji Login account, betting outcomes, payments, or any other aspect of the platform, please follow the process below.

• Step 1 – Contact Support: Raise the issue directly with our customer support team. Provide your account details, the date and nature of the issue, and any relevant screenshots or reference numbers. Our team will aim to resolve straightforward issues within 24 to 48 hours.
